Julie Flynn

Over 20 years experience personal training a range of clients wanting to improve fitness, body conditioning and weight loss to elite athletes and sport specific training. I am a qualified life coach and believe in working on clients self confidence and lifestyle which in turn leads to happier clients or adhere to a lifetime of exercise and improved lifestyle.

Qualifications: BSc Sport Science, Diploma in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Diploma in Life Coaching
